Delivery will be made during normal business hours. Unfortunately we are not able to specify the exact time or date for your delivery.
The method of despatch will be by Recorded Delivery Royal Mail which needs to be signed for and is trackable.
A second option is Special Delivery if you want to receive your goods by next day guaranteed delivery.
These parcels will need to be signed for and cannot be left on the doorstep or with neighbours.
UK
If your delivery address is in the UK we aim to deliver your purchases within 48 hours of the placement of the order if this has been placed before noon on a weekday. However, occasionally delays occur, but we endeavour to get the product to you as fast as we possibly can and certainly within 14 working days. If delivery will be delayed, the customer will be contacted.
Packaging
All purchases from www.shinygem.co.uk are specially packed and every care is taken to protect your purchase during transit.
Delivery
www.shinygem.co.uk makes every effort to ensure that your goods arrive to you within the specified delivery times by using accredited couriers. However, we cannot take responsibility for late or failed deliveries arising from incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer. All deliveries must be signed for by the customer or by a person acting on behalf of the customer. All deliveries are made during normal business hours Monday to Friday. If there is no one at the delivery address during those hours, this may delay the delivery of your order.
Returns and Cancellations
Please refer to section 6 Returns and Cancellations in our Terms and Conditions.
As our valued customer you have the unconditional right to cancel your contract within 7 days of delivery, without being obliged to state any reasons. To comply with this time limit, all you need to do is to send a return request within the 7 day period by e-mail using the contact information found here, and we will send you details of return address, etc.
If you return goods bought online, the purchasing contract is cancelled and you will be refunded once the delivered goods have been returned. Due to the intimate nature of some of our items, the goods must be returned unused for a full refund. Should the goods show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to appropriate compensation.
If the goods are returned due to a cancelled order, we must request that you return goods at your own cost. Postage will not be refunded. For the return address please contact our customer service for further details by e-mail using the contact information found here.
If the goods arrive damaged, please contact www.shinygem.co.uk for a full refund. Faulty goods are fully refundable, inclusive of delivery and return. Please inform our customer service within the first 2 days of arrival of faulty goods or goods damaged in transit by e-mail using the contact information found here, and we will send you details of return address, etc.
Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected by any of these conditions.
